When your days feel empty, like you have nothing left, like you yourself are nothing, stop for a moment. And feel grateful. Feel grateful just for the eyes which are letting you read this. Feel grateful for your education which even let you read in the first place.
When your days feel suffocating, like you have too much to do and too much to bear, stop for a moment. And close your eyes. Feel the love and peace at the center of your chest. Smile.
When your days feel full of jealousy, like you are too inferior and have nothing to show for your life, stop for a moment. Atleast you have people around you. At least you have someone to love and care for. And even if you don’t have this, relax because at least you have yourself.
When your days feel too long and too sad, stop for a moment. Raise your vibrations. Remember you are the master and you are in control. There is only you.
